My mother has had an appointment for 4 months. She received a voice mail telling her that it has been canceled because the doctor won't be in . She's been waiting for 4 months! Only to be told they might be able to work her in in a few weeks or a couple months. She wouldn't be scheduled there if she didn't need to be. It took you guys several weeks to even call to schedule her in the first place. This is ridiculous.

I'm suppose to see the Doctor every 6 months, however the last 3 appointments were cancelled stating that the Dr isn't going to be able to see and changed, usually for about a month later. Then l don't see the Doctor, instead it's the physician assistant. My liver condition needs more serious care
