I had LeeAnn the radiologist technician process me for drug test for employment requirement. The location was easily accessible. A lot of social distancing was applied. The layout was very simple. The process was smooth. The staff was friendly.

My experience was fast, friendly and punctual. The staff was great from beginning to end. I felt they were following probable guidelines to keep everyone safe and socially distanced. I would recommend Concentra to anyone! Thanks so much for making me feel special you guys!
Services were efficient. All staff were nice. I was there for pre-employment drug test and they didn’t treat me like a criminal like other labs have down in the past. The lobby is a bit run down (TV goes out every minute) and lots of security on site (3 men in lobby) made me safe and uneasy at the same time. Happy there was some social distancing required/set up.
This location was clean and organized. It can get busy, which can make the wait time a little lengthy but other than that I would go to this location again if necessary. The staff was knowledgeable as pleasant.
I just want to thank the doctors and nurses that were on shift this past Saturday evening, November 7th. I came In having a bad reaction to a bee sting. The team quickly brought me back and began working on me. They Stabilized me, kept me calm, I really thought I was checking out. Very thankful for our Urgent Care workers, many thanks to the entire team!!!
