This Children’s Hospital experience was the best! I went to the emergency room of the Hospital and they were so genuinely kind and treated everyone with respect and kindness. Even with this pandemic they made the best out of it. They treated my baby so well and even though he wasn’t feeling to well they tried to make him laugh. All the doctors,nurses, and front desk staff, were really nice and joyful. Thank you Scottish Rite Children’s Hospital for the best experience for my children and I.

I had to bring my son here for a CT Scan. My experience from finding this location, the signs they provide all around, the staff that you can locate quickly and the acknowledgments from every one was worth the trip a hour away from home. Amanda in CT was very kind, informative, helpful and her customer service was above beyond. Not just how she spoke and took care of my son, when she offered us a beverage as we were exiting, made eye contact with us and her interactions with her employees. Such a breath of fresh air she is, very kind, positive. She walks us out and informed us how to exit to make it back to the exit. She is awesome and I would request anyone who has to have a CT scan to trust her with your child. The hospital all together was a pleasant trip experience.

It has a amazing and nice staff. Great food. They give you a lot of support and encouragement and they explain everything before you do it and they help in many ways. They were amazing and careful. Great T.V. I appreciate the whole staff and crew and they will help you save on parking.

My son had his cleft palate surgery done here a couple of months ago and all went well. As at least one other person pointed out, sometimes the nurses can be hit or miss in terms of attentiveness, but you got to understand that this is a very busy children's hospital. We were very pleased with everything from start to finish except for the sleeping situation. It simply does NOT compliment both parents staying there at the same time. We made it work, but it was kind of uncomfortable
