Melissa was was extremely professional and welcoming. I did not have a tour scheduled but she accommodated me and gave me the full tour of the grounds of Camden Paces. She gave me all the information that I needed and answered questions regarding the community. She highlighted features such as the dog park, considering I do have a pet. Her attention to detail and understanding my preferences was key in making my decision to stay at this property. I highly recommend Melissa as a leasing consultant, and for future tours of the property. She is very knowledgeable of the grounds, and has a very positive attitude and friendly demeanor.

Camden Paces is a beautiful property! I went in to tour 1 bedrooms and had the opportunity to view several different floor plans (Habersham, Collier, Argonne and Garden) which were all beautiful and well kept. If you are searching for an apartment ask for Jillian she is wonderful very knowledgeable, friendly, upbeat and patient. She was very helpful in answering all the questions I had about the property and the apartment homes. I can’t wait to move to this property and look forward to all it has to offer.
I received my keys to conduct a property inspection prior to move in. The refrigerator had two large ugly scratches on the front door. I immediately called to ask to have it replaced. I was denied and was told that Camden was only responsible for providing a working refrigerator. I explained to the property manager Steven (Stephen?) that the apartment directly next door, which is currently listed vacant, has the same exact refrigerator and that I would take five minutes to switch the units (which have wheels) myself under the supervision of their maintenance team if required. I also mentioned that I was returning to the luxury side of this Camden property after having previously living here in a larger unit for three years and leaving in great standing. I was again denied. The explanation was and I paraphrase “we understand that you’re a returning tenant and we acknowledge that there is a non-scratched refrigerator less than 20 feet away, however our policy reads that we are only responsible for providing a functioning unit and even though it would be simple to switch the refrigerators, the satisfaction of a single tenant does not supersede Camden appliance policy.”
CP has a great location, very nice buildings and a staff that's both professional and cheerful. Our experience was made all the better thanks to Austin, who did a great job in every respect.
Camden Paces is the epitome of teamwork! Each team member contributes to a quality of living that each resident deserves. There is one team member in particular, Melissa, who exemplifies going above and beyond the call of duty. I have worked with Melissa on several requests and she is always responsive, detailed oriented, kind, professional and she never complains nor give excuses. Thank you to Melissa and the Camden team!
