The staff were absolutely awesome. The cashier/order taker was very upbeat, clear, and efficient. And hia demeanor was a pleasant surprise. It was quite busy, but after eating the food, which was merely decent, I couldn't figure out what all the rave was about. I probably would've given less stars based on the food alone but you gotta give appreciation were it's due. Kudos for customer service!

The customer service at the downtown location was great! I was there last Friday, 1/15/21. The food was tasty and the manager on duty was very professional and had excellent customer service. She must be new to this location. Whoever she was, she worked well with her staff even though they were really busy, and stayed positive. The staff did great and they were very knowledgeable about the menu. I will definitely will be back to give you guys more business.
The wait in line at the downtown store was horrible! Over an hour for a sandwich that tasted like pure lawry's seasoned salt. Looked way better than it tasted.
I tried this spot for the first time today. We ordered a cheesesteak, Philly fries and a couple of egg rolls. The food is good and served hot. It gets busy, so I'd recommend ordering ahead if you can. I'll definitely try it again. If for nothing else, I'll be back for the salmon egg roll.
Ordered online and waited in car until the time I was given that order would be ready. Went inside and had to stand in line an additional 15 minutes in order to get food that was already prepared. There is no sign that mentions online orders here. The caller only called out receipt numbers which i didn't have because the online instruction was to to provide name. I ordered 2 beef Dave's way and paid additional for the lettuce and tomatoes. It was a bit salty for me. I will request to not have cheese whiz added next time to see if there is a difference.
