I am now a retired still licensed insurance producer. This requires getting your annual Continuing Education classes in. Very USER-FRIENDLY online course! Of course I waited until the last minute, but when I kept receiving reminders about my License Expiration they were all from BetterCE, so I purchased the course! Best decision that I ever made. I highly recommend this course and everyone I talked to was super helpful and patient!
I have been trying to get a refund for 6 weeks. Sent an email - no response. Called - they promised to take care of it but still nothing. I didn't complete the course, take the test, or submit for CEs which is in line with their refund policy. Not a lot of money, but it is mine. Update: I received my refund after going through Paypal
