Any positive reviews are professionally written lies. People are disposable. Pay is terrible. If there are benefits, they are not provided to all employees. There is no communication. There is no training. There are no reviews unless you are being fired. One therapist had no reviews for five years and was fired. Many illegal activities.

If I could leave negative stars, I would. I worked for a Massage Envy location that was bought by AFG and they completely ruined everything we were. Pay was awful, vacation time was awful, the polices they tried implementing like guest blocks are awful and make zero sense. We lost a lot of members and a lot of employees both of which were long term. Don’t even get me started on the 0.60 raises people got and that was pretty much the most I heard of someone getting when I left there. It felt like they were trying to drive out all the old and bring in everything new. We were a family before and had a great relationship with members. I left during the pandemic for reasons completely unrelated to the pandemic and they tried to have me sign something along the lines of I refused my position. No, I left cuz y’all are absolutely terrible and need to stick to cars and wings. Or honestly, probably nothing at all cuz I doubt those are run much better. Sorry not sorry.

I've worked for Atticus for almost a year now and love the company. The growth opportunities are abundant and you can tell the company cares about their people and continuous quality improvement. They are always striving to learn, swing the bat, and be better than yesterday! My personal experience is that I have a voice in the company and I am valued as an employee every day.

Every wingstop franchise owned by Atticus franchise I’ve been to in Greensboro NC has been a unpleasant experience. Customer service , food quality and wait time was less than average.

I work at a Massage Envy owned by Atticus. They have gone above and beyond to ensure we know they care about us. Good pay, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, employee discounts, and so on.
