My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Brooks since she was released from the NICU in 2009. She was just as caring and compassionate then as she is now. Her knowledge and management of my daughter has been remarkable. Thank you Dr. Brooks!

The Dr. is good but the experience is terrible. Every time I come the wait is over an hour before I can even see the doctor. There are always at least 5 people at the front desk, but no one ever answers the phone. I’ve not had any actual follow up calls for appointment scheduling. I have to see many different specialists for my child and this office is the most inefficient by far. Very frustrating.
