Receive email the day before my Telehealth appointment saying “you’ll get an email less than 10 minutes before your appointment.” It’s been an hour since I was supposed to have my appointment. They never sent anything. I am currently in “their” parking lot. I came to see if there was someone I could talk to about this. Lo and behold, no one is here. Lights are off. They have never once answered the phone, and their voicemail is full so I can’t even leave a reason why I’m calling. I have a hard time believing this business exists.

My fiancé and I are loving our counseling sessions. Kay is easy going and seems to just get us. Her schedule flexibility is awesome for someone that’s always on the go. I can definitely say that she has been and will continue to be recommended to our friends. Thanks Kay!!
