You will wait and wait and wait even with an appointment. Expect to wait in the waiting room for at least a couple hours. Then wait at least another hour to see your doctor. One of the better hematologist left Dr Patel. Not so thrilled to go here now.

We were referred by our doctor because our child was being checked for leukemia. I called and received a very long recording. There was no actual person that you could speak with to ask questions. 2 days later I received a call back to inform me that they had no record of my daughter and that they had recived morning from my doctor. They could not schedule her until then. I called my doctor immediately and they told me that they sent the paper work over as soon as I left their office. They then pulled up the system for CHOA and saw that my daughter was indeed in their system. I called CHOA right back and left another voicemail. They still provided no number where I could call back and talk to a person. I waited 6 hours and left another voicemail. That was on a Friday. By Monday I left another voicemail and never heard anything. I had to schedule with another health center. You would think at a time like this they would be more available. I finally received a call on Tuesday stating that the scheduling person was “on vacation”. So are you the only one who can schedule people? Very unprofessional and carelsss.

SUPERB ...WONDERFUL STAFF ...New to Atlanta and we felt in GREAT HANDS. All went well.We will be coming back to this Hospital since Atlanta for periodic check ups etc.Thank you STAFF for everything ....
