Do not consider moving here unless you are okay with the fire alarms going off more frequently then any other place I’ve lived. Pet owners be warned. On average it is 1-2 times a month at all hours of the night.

An amazing place to live with the most convenient location! You can hop on the beltline in seconds and you're minutes away from Kroger, Ponce Market, Inman Park, Trader Joe's, Piedmont Park... the list goes on. The office staff is very courteous and always willing to help. I have nothing but compliments for this community!

Great location and apartment, but even better staff. Always willing to help answer any questions or assist with any issue. They really care about the residents and make it such a great place to live!

Have lived here for over a year, and love it! Great staff, apartments, and amenities. Access to the Beltline and Kroger are fantastic.

Edit 8/13/20 Tim reached out to me immediately after I posted this review to talk through some of the reasoning behind the package delivery and parking changes. Charging for visitor parking is still not the ideal answer in my mind, but I will say that the visitor spots are open significantly more than before. Apparently, patrons of nearby restaurants were using our deck before the charge, and I absolutely do not doubt this. The package changes stem from COVID-related precautions, but it is still not ideal to have to ship packages to a different address and deal with another delivery service. Overall, I've enjoyed living here; however, the current construction is extremely detrimental to the experience. All day every day I hear constant, extremely loud, extremely bothersome banging from multiple construction sites on the Beltline. If it's not banging, it's a truck in reverse for an hour straight. You will wake up to this every morning, hear it all day, and finally get a reprieve in the evening. Forget about sleeping in, napping, or watching TV and not hearing it. It is that loud. -- Writing this as I stand out in the rain yet again past midnight because the fire alarms are going off. This is not the first or second time this has happened while I’ve been here. In addition to the fire alarms, the property has began charging for package delivery and certain visitor parking in the middle of a pandemic. It’s so disappointing to see the absolute lack of empathy during a time when people are losing their income and/or jobs. Tim and Muhammad in the leasing office are great. The apartments are pretty nice, and the location is awesome (near Kroger, Beltline, Ponce). Hopefully Perennial wakes up and makes some changes at the corporate level.
