I had a problem with my dpf on my vw crafter. Turned away by 3 mechanics previously. I was recommended atkinson autos. What can say. Absolute geniuses. Did everything they could to fix it. Had my vehicle for over a week, trying and testing various diagnosis and prognosis. All whilst commuincating with me perfectly, clearly, explaining the process and costs involved. Top notch. Saved me a packed not going to a main vw commercial dealer too. Highly recommended. Honest, clever and tenacious as hell!! Take a bow.

I took my car (a 16 year old Ford Ka) to Atkinson's for an MOT, expecting the worse (a fail and needing 1m spent on it). Despite the car failing it's MOT, the staff quickly diagnosed the issues and gave me a price for a repair. I agreed for the work to be done and was given a rough timescale. The guys flew through the issues on the car in no time and they did an amazing job too! They made sure my car was roadworthy and safe. In short, the staff were really helpful and easy to get along with. The work undertook on my car was to a brilliant standard; it was a really good price too. Couldn't recommend enough.
