The Catholic cathedral of Saint Dionysius Areopagite in Athens, Greece: In the corner of Panepistimiou and Omirou Streets, right in the heart of Athens. It was completed in 1853. The church is dedicated to Saint Dionysius the desciple of Saint Paul the apostle.

We only new there was an English Mass at 6:30p in Sundays because of people who left a review on Google. Those people also said to come early because it gets packed. They were right on both counts.

A lively community, mostly from the Philippines, with Mass in English at 6.30. The sermon was really meaningful, and songs are projected for everyone to sing along. Great Sunday experience for a Catholic person. make sure you download prayers/a missal in English before you go if English is not your mother tongue
