I love this place, I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Its a beautiful campus - everyone who visits, including local and regional sports teams, can't stop talking about how pretty it is. Especially in the spring and the fall - its a must see. There are several look out locations on campus behind the Abbey buildings which you can look out over the Missouri River - being on top of a mountain, its a darn cool view. For the most part, the staff are kind, engaging and just all around great people to be surrounded by. The community life brought by the students from all walks of life (I am from Virginia but I know people from Florida, California, etc) is authentic. Most people, if you asked them what their favorite thing about the college is, would say that it is the people/community. Everyone is friendly and truly cares about one another. Here you can find true friendship while getting a great, engaging education - I am currently seeking a degree in Theology & Evangelization Catechesis, and I love the professors so far. Even if this place isn't at the top of your radar, or the location seems bizarre (before coming here, I didn't even really know where Kansas was), give it a try - whether or not you decide to attend, you won't regret it.

Very friendly group of people , helpful and a pleasure meeting everyone.
College is all about money and fining students. Originally we felt this college was very good. They make up reasons to search rooms and allow RAs to intimidate students making them feel uneasy. When trying to talk with someone about situations they do not get back with you but will tack on fees to student accounts forcing you to pay them. Feel as though retaliation has been used to intimidate when parents try to address problems. I regret sending my student to this school. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS SCHOOL.
