I really enjoyed my sushi. Super fresh, plenty of ginger and I can order beer to go! I did not wait long and I waited outside. Less than 10 mins and food ready. When am in the area again, will come here. This review is based solely on the food and not my experience in the restaurant itself. If and when I do go in, I will update rating. Right now they're doing excellent. See pics

We passed by this restaurant during our stay in NY in March 2016, without knowing if it was good or not and decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed! Friendly staff, good service. Delicious sushis! Great value for money! The sushis (and mochi ice cream) were so good that we actually returned two more times that week!
The food was delicious and the staff very attentive, will go back for seconds.
Something is off with Atami these days...has management changed? Or the chef? The basil mango fried rice used to be so moist, rich and simply delicious, and today it was dry and tasteless... I had rolls at the restaurant last week and the fish didnt seem fresh...It had been my go-to place for years but I wont go back after these 2 disastrous experiences...
Wonderful location for lunch or dinner! They have great bento box deals or lunch specials. Service is quick and friendly and the food is very tasty for not too large a price tag! Not a single complaint!
