I had ribs, rice and lentils. It was fine , but they only give you 1 very small piece of sweet plantain! But the rice was not fully cooked. [Not sprouted]

The caldo de bola verde was delicious. Amazing taste, homemade taste in a familiar atmosphere. Looking forward to visiting soon.

The place has a homey feel to it. It was small and cozy, certainly don’t recommend for parties over 7. The food was delicious and large portioned. The waitress was really nice and polite. I’m giving it a 2 star because we had to ask the waitress for the bill 3 times, we waited at least 30 minutes For her to attend us and wrap our food to go. The waitress didn’t offer the dessert menu ( not sure if they have one). she forgot what we have ordered and had to ask us several times to adjust the bill accordingly. The party in front of us received their bill before us and they certainly were seated at least 20 minutes after we have gotten served. I suggest more than one waitress at all times.
Lunch specials are an excellent value and very tasty! They come with house made soup, main course and drink. Friendly and attentive staff. Can be a little warm in as there is no AC but the experience for lunch was great.
