I have worked for Astor Care for few years and I am happy to say that it was one of the best experiences in my working career. Staff in the office are very professional, always dealt promptly with every issue I had brought to their attention and have been very supportive towards my needs. My colleagues I worked with were very friendly, knowledgeable, kind and caring. Overall I met some wonderful people along the way, colleagues and clients and I am still keeping in touch with some of them which is wonderful. I most definitely would recommend Astor Care to any future staff or customers.

Racist. Absolutely horrible interviewer. Cannot fathom how pretentious they are about their family reputation and disregard for other faiths who want to help. Great if you love to kiss white derrière.
I can’t praise Astor Care enough for the care and compassion they have shown my mum. The carers won her over at a time when she was reluctant to receive care and have only ever shown my mum respect and kindness. The office staff have responded - often at short notice- to my mum’s changing care needs and are always willing to discuss any concerns we have.
Great company to work for. Our customers are fantastic. We provide tailor made service to each customer's specific needs. We do not just do the basics but go the extra mile.
Terrible place to work for if you looking for recognition after receiving care certificate. To date this certificate won't even be shared with me despite asking, company policy is to keep it, so word of warning to other possible new employees: don't ever expect to see your certificate! Not a very nice feeling when trying to further better yourself, doing a whole week course (never mind months of practical work) but don't even get the satisfaction of ever laying your eyes on this so called certificate.
