Stuart Marsh has been amazing, from the initial viewing where he was friendly and knowledgeable on the property, right up until completion, where he was always at the end of the phone to answer any queries throughout the process. No negatives, would definitely recommend.
Gary and the team were absolutely amazing when selling my property. Always professional and helpful. Always available when needed. They even went above and beyond to help me find another property to buy. Kerri the mortgage consultant was always extremely helpful and brilliant to deal with. I was registered with Aston's Estate agents for over a year and half. Throughout this time I dealt with a number of different team members but I always received the same level of service. They were always polite, friendly and helpful. Nothing ever seemed too much for them to do. If there was no-one available when I called the office they would always return my calls. They had a good selection of properties and arranged viewings quickly and efficiently. Once I had found a property they always kept me informed on a regular basis with updates between all the parties involved. Overall a pleasant experience and would highly recommend them to anyone thinking of purchasing a property.
