My experience here in new car sales yesterday was second to none. Excellent service, knowledgeable staff and a great deal. I also had a great test drive of the V8 Vantage. David Rutlands' knowledge of the Aston Martin range is very impressive having been with them for 15 years. He is also a very personable chap and I cannot recommend him highly enough. We looked at many extras and options before coming up with the perfect package. Anna Houldsworth was excellent in overseeing and pulling the deal together, I have been doing deals for 20 years and thoroughly enjoyed the tough but fair negotiations. I travelled 65 miles to Sevenoaks to see them, when my local dealer is 2 miles away, the local dealer could not match their deal and didn't listen to my requirements. They were only interested in selling a stock car. A lesson so many could learn from, listen to the customer at all times. Looking forward to collecting my new factory ordered car in March 2021.

Paul Clifton, Paul Smith, Nick Simmons and Gemma Farrington were awesome in making the purchase of my dream Aston Martin an absolute dream, effortless and enjoyable. From the courtesy weekend loan of a demonstrator (including being comfortable with our 6 month old puppy accompanying us in the loaner) through to the thoughtful hand-over gift of the dog mat/blanket, nothing has been too much trouble. When we returned the loaner/demonstrator, it was a really pleasant surprise to see that the guys had thoroughly valeted my existing car at the time. There are many other examples (including dispatching a driver to my home with the some bits that we hadn’t had time to handover on the day of collection as I was rushing off to a lunch appointment). The after-sales attention from Paul Clifton has been amazing and I highly recommend Lancaster Aston Martin at Sevenoaks to folks (as indeed I did at the recent Aston Martin owners meeting at ‘Simply Aston’ at Beaulieu Motor Museum last weekend).
