From start to finish I couldn't fault them, advice was good, the took on board what my father required so he could return home to a safer home . Had a used Stannah 420 fitted last week though they wasn’t the cheapest company offering these but after reading different reviews I am pleased I chose Assured Stairlifts. I Spoke to a gent called Malcolm he gave me great advice and offered a free sight survey. They gave me a date and time which the engineer kept to and was clean and tidy.whilst fitting the stairlift he was professional and very knowledgable making sure my wife was happy in using the lift before leaving. We had a minor fault that was sorted immediately nothing appeared to much trouble. I can’t recommend this company enough for their professionalism knowledge and courtesy...
