Bad customer services ever. They just want to take your money and that's it. After you paid them, no email response, no help or anything. I had a worst experience with them. After I paid for my registration fee, I dont get any help during the application process. I emailed them my application from and my certificate. I waited for 5 days. There's no reply or confirmation of recipient. Not even an auto-reply. I called them and they promised me that they will give me a call back. But nothing happened. I was waiting for few days. But the worst things is they deducted my money twice by mistake. I called them and they apologized for that. They asked me whether I want a refund for one of my fee and continue with the application process. I asked them \ what if I don't check my bank statements?? So you just take my money like that\ she dont know what to say and keep on apology for what happened to me Can you believe that???? I withdraw my application right away and asked them to refund all of my money back ( 530 because they charge me twice ) It sounds like a joke, but that's what actually happened to me. I fell like I wasted my 1 star ️ ( there's no 0 or 0.5 star option though )
Good insurance company although occasionally a bit slow at sorting out minor problems. Generally good customer service but some of the telephone staff could do with sounding less grumpy.
