Super chill, friendly place! You’re offered some red wine to accompany you while you are trying the different cuts one by one, and then you choose one for your sandwich at the end! The sandwich is simple, mainly to promote the ingredients itself! Get your sandwich and enjoy it with a drink in front of the shop with the awesome view, really an amazing experience! Thanks for the hospitality!

Excellent service from Felix - lovely guy. 10/10 for Felix and also for the excellent paninis. Can't remember what the spreadable salumi is called but I love it. V nice to be able to try everything before deciding what to have in a panini!
Great show..... friendly service... nice selection. The lonzino al finocchio was particularly tasty.

Piccolo posto ai piedi di Santa Chiara, personale carinissimo e accogliente. Appena entriamo ci propongono una piccola degustazione dei prodotti, con spiegazione dei salumi: idea originale e molto apprezzata. Con 5 un panino enorme e bottiglietta d'acqua, un pranzo più che soddisfacente. I prodotti sono tipici di Norcia e Castelluccio e sono molto buoni, in particolare il salame al tartufo e il salame spalmabile. Ci torneremo sicuramente.
