Maden var ikke god, kommer helt sikkert ikke igen. Yesterday was my 2nd wedding anniversary. We ordered artichoke and olives as a starter. We were served poorly presented salami meat and dry tomatoes. We ordered steak. It was flooded in watery cream sauce. The roast potatoes were yesterdays cold hard Rock dry with limp roast vegetables. Everything else was lukewarm... No one even pretended to speak with an Italian accent

Have to say probably the BEST Italian food I have had in Denmark - who would have known I would get it in Assens! The waitress (and it really makes a dent in my perception) left a lot to wish for. No smile. No accomodating questions. Did seem like the other waitress was very sweet, though :)
First we had to wait 10 minutes to get seated (even though the dining room was far from filled) and then we had to wait another twenty minutes without the waitress taking our order. When she got to the table next to ours they mentioned that they had to wait for a long time, she basically attacked them with poor excuses, instead of appologising. After that we had enough and left, without ever being recognized by the waitress.
