All you need for a gritty workout. Helpful staff and heavy dumbbells
Great gym. Always clean and has a brilliant atmosphere.
Been a member here for over 5 years now, also been a member at other gyms in the area, my favorite by far, no thrills, get in and out and the job done!
AMAZING teachers! I am so pleased we where recommended them. Lewis and Lubena train my 3 boys 3 days per week and they love it. I would recommend them over anyone else all day long.
Great, low key, quality gym. Not as flashy as the big chains, but then, you also don't feel uncomfortable as there aren't hundreds of people around watching. The owners Luke and Lewis are friendly, knowledgeable and are happy to help.
