I cannot recommend the Line Management course enough - from Annemarie and Jess who tailored content to each of our individual learning objectives (in ways that also spoke to our different learning styles); to the really practical, accessible content that I found useful not only for work, but life generally! I'd go so far as to say, this course shouldn't just be called \Line Management\; it should be titled \Line Management (and how to be a all-round better functioning human!)

Just completed a fabulous Line Management training course with Aspire (Doug, Beth and Jeremy). I’m about to move into a position of being a line manager, and other delegates had been in managing positions for a number of years. The content was created around our desired outcomes and was versatile but detailed enough to work for all of us.
