I purchased 8k worth of doors from them, not one was correct, every closer was on upside down, keys where missing for one door and the handles failed after 6 months, I've send dozens of emails and made numerous calls, all to be ignored no customer service at all, I was warned before hand not to purchase anything from them but unfortunately I didn't listen
