Absolutely terrible. Ordered flowers via Interflora from these guys and the bouquet was mainly leaves and filler, not actual flowers. The bouquet was less than 50% of the size it should have been and Interflora through their complaints department agreed this was the case and provided a refund. The point at addressing the disappointment in size and confusion with it not meeting expectations to the florist, this was fairly rude and blasé, very much an attitude of i don’t care, i have your money already and therefore it is what it is. Hugely disappointed and disgusted in their customer service skills. I will never be using this florist again and would not recommend them to anyone if you want a true reflection of what you bought online.

From you taking the initial order to patiently helping me change it, to finding the perfect bowl for the orchids, you could do no more.
