I rang up today to enquire about residential care for my 85 year mother. Tracy who answered the phone very swiftly was helpful, professional, courteous and very friendly, I was very impressed immediately. She did not have the answers straight away, but spent time finding out all the answers, and rang me back on two occasions with all the answers I needed. If the home is run as well as customer services, I would consider placing my wonderful mother in this care home. Well done and thank you so much for today Tracy, best regards Kate
