I met Aran at ASM Air Conditioning through a recommendation from a friend for whom an installation had been completed and who was very happy. I reached out to Aran and he came out to see me and conduct a site visit and listened to what I had in mind before giving me his detailed recommendations and quotation on a design for the install of Air Conditioning. I felt given the outstanding recommendation I had received on ASM as well as the proposed design and costs I was happy to proceed. The units were ordered and delivered ahead of the install on time. Aran was in close contact throughout to answer all my questions and any queries including outside of normal business hours which was very impressive. As a pre-requisite some electrical work was required to power thee external unit which Aran arranged and installed for me and this was delivered to a very high standard. We agreed a day for installation and kept a close eye on the weather as external work was required. The day before Aran confirmed the install would go ahead and he and the team arrived promptly as agreed and commenced the work. All works were completed on the day, in a very neat and clean manner with no dust (special extraction system was used) and the system was fully operational and in good order. Aran ran through how to use the system comprehensively before leaving and assured me should I have any questions to simply reach out to him and the team. Overall I would highly recommend ASM Air Conditioning. Their professionalism was outstanding as was their workmanship.
I called a lot of people when I wanted to install an air conditioning unit in my house. Everyone I spoke too was friendly but I didn't feel they were that bothered to answer all my questions in full. I spoke to Aron several times as I was a total novice when it came to these types of units. Researching online-only gave me partial understanding, so speaking to someone like Aron was refreshing. Not only was he knowledgable but he is very patience and polite man. He answered all my questions in full which was great so I decided to go with him to install my until. The unit I purchased was the Daikin 2.5 FTXP R32 On the day of the install, Aron and his father Dal arrived promptly, they talked me through the install options. The install itself was done professionally, very tidy and the unit is working perfectly. Nice family business, they clearly care about the customer. I am so happy that I just called him today to see how much it would cost to do my entire house.
