Excellent fast service provided by Jon, he was very professional and reasonably priced. Quoted for a range of jobs but there was no pressure to do all of them. Our newly aligned doors and new locks are great, didn't realise how bad the old ones were till we had new ones fitted.
Rang to discuss issue with door lock and received immediate advice on prior self diagnosis and offered to pop round if necessary. Post self diagnosis rang again to agree an inspection visit. Arrived at agreed time (two hours later), investigated, and gave options (including self installation which I though exceptional). Then provided what I considered to be very reasonable price for immediately supplying, and fitting, new lock along with 6 extra keys. 2 hours later (4 hours after initial contact) job done, no fuss, no mess....no extortionate bill. Very happy. In summary the customer service was absolutely first class and could not have been bettered. I hope Jon's business grows and thrives; he deserves it. Unhesitatingly recommended.
