How are people scoring this place 5 stars? I’ve been twice now and the owner couldn’t care less about delivering even the bare minimum customer service; watching videos on his phone and offering no advice on the wine options whatsoever even when proactively mentioning what I was looking for. Will spend my money elsewhere.
