NEVER AGAIN! Took my car in for breake-service and EU-test. They fixed the breakes but called med and said airbag was faulty. Told me the airbag indicator lamp was lit and they had checket and found a faulty airbag under driver seat. This was news to me as the lamp was not indicating before I left the car with them. Told me it would cost me like 7000kr work to get it fixed. I showed up there and tried to argued with them that it must be something wrong, or something that they had done but to no avail. Even spoke to the mechanic who lied to my face and told me he had checked and made sure it was the airbag. I refused believe it and took it to another mechanic and they fixed for almost no money in no time. Was a just a fuse! Toyota Asker still made me pay extra for the time the mechanic had spent double checking if it was the airbag. I tell everyone I meet they are dodgy, because they are. Stay away!

Very good service and helpful staff. They explained me benefits I didn't know about. I will go there for my next check up.

I have been a faithful customer of Toyota for about 10 years, this is now coming to and end as they are abusing their trust when it comes to exchanging car. I'm wanted to get a newer car and they offered a garbage price for my old car. It's what's called a \skambud\ in Norwegian. It's expected that car dealer has some margin or sellup, but the price they offered was 32% or the market price in their own store. In other words a makeup of 211%. This is a shame for a brand with slogan which claims to put customers first. I experienced their representative as directly dishonest. Watch out for the big pitfalls when dealing with Toyota.

God service. Men litt mangelfull opplæring av selgerne. De burde kunne svare på alt angående innstillinger på nye biler.
