I thoroughly enjoy my job role as a Deputy, and in ensuring that all the residents are happy and and Ashworth Grange continues to strive towards excellence. Ashworth Grange is a great place to work, and and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I have worked at Ashworth Grange Care Home since May 2020. I maintain the property and assist with room maintenance for the residents. Although it's been trying times with Covid 19 I can honestly say I'm overwhelmed by the dedication of the staff. They have kept a very professional approach and maintained the highest of standards. The management team have been supportive throughout. In challenging times we have built a visiting room so that families and residents can have contact and maintain social interaction. I do enjoy working with the team, but most of all enjoy keeping the residents feeling at home. I have included as couple of images of our visiting room.
I've been at Ashworth Grange care home since February 2020, and during this time I've become the Care Manager whilst being at Ashworth grange I have seen many changes and the home progressing forward. I thouroughly enjoy my time at Ashworth grange working with an amazing caring team. During the Covid pandemic everyone has been amazing and has pulled together and supported the home and each other. We are looking forward to welcoming the visitors back in to the home to see what amazing changes have been made.
I have managed Ashworth Grange Care Home since March 2020, and have thoroughly enjoyed my time so far working at Ashworth Grange. The staff team are very dedicated to giving the best care possible, and through the challenging times of the past few months, the staff team have always remained positive, and worked so well as a team together. I am proud to Manage Ashworth Grange Care Home, and look forward to the future.
It's a tough time for everyone at the moment but the team at Ashworth are absolute troopers. They work so hard & always with a smile on their faces. Despite not being able to see their families, the residents are kept busy & active every day. Always plenty of things going on. Christmas might be a bit different this year but there will still be plenty of festive spirit to go round.
