I see a mixed bag of reviews here so I can only give a review of my own experience so reading some of the earlier reviews i'm not convinced it was the same staff. My phone is a necessary tool integral for doing my day to day job. The screen had developed black dots which was diagnosed as water damage. I took the phone in on a sunday and i had it back the following afternoon with everything up and running. They were courteous and competitively priced and for me personally I cant thank them enough. Yes I will use them again should the need arise.

I had used these before and found them to be helpful but when I took my partners phone to be repaired they charged me 35 I received a call to say the repair hadn’t worked so more work was required An extra 70 was need to be paid upfront 2 weeks later and I hadn’t heard anything from them I called in to be to told the phone could not be repaired and I could have a full refund They would only refund me 70 not the full amount of 105 as they said that amount was non refundable So I paid 35 for absolutely nothing They couldn’t even be bothered to ring to update us and the guy I spoke to was only relaying the information as he was unavailable Oh and I had to ask for the phone back as they tried to keep it Shocking customer service The one star awarded is because it would not let me rate them No Stars
Bought a iPad got home didn’t charge took it back paid anther 60 250 in total and 4 weeks later it doesn’t charge they said it was my fault and would have to pay upfront 45 to fix it no refund not Evan fixed it go to tradings standers
Great independent phone shop
These guys have fixed loads of things for us over the years. I've always found them professional and cost-effective. For example one repair shop has just quoted me 60 for a repair, and these guys have quoted 20 for the same job. So yeah, a bunch of helpful guys that have always delivered for me.
