Staff are really good and the salted caramel shake is a game changer

During lockdown I certainly want to give this business and this team a high praise as they have done fantastically in terms of keeping customers happy with their service and with having great quality food. Nothing was compromised and the service I have received from here has been nothing short of amazing. I hope all the staff here have a lovely Christmas and get some well deserved rest.
Five Guys has been on my list for places to visit for some time now, and having seen a sumptuous looking burger on a friends Instagram, I decided it was about time to see if it was everything I'd been led to believe it was. Well, it's safe to say it was. I was already pre warned that other than it being a tad on the expensive side, the food would definitely not disappoint, and that it did not. The burger was cooked to perfection, with the unique taste that I'm sure has earned itself the huge amount of accolades it has. The fries were of equal quality, and didn't fail in pleasing my palet whatsoever, hence, the lack of any remnants of food once I'd finished. Finally, the banoffe dessert shake, made with real cream, only complimented the experience even further. Like I say, aside from the slight expense more of that what you would normally pay for something similar, overall I was nothing short of impressed by the whole dining experience, and thus, definitely feel Five Guys is deserved of a five star rating. Note. My only regret was not trying one of their hotdogs, though that only leaves me with another reasonable cause to eat here again.
Burgers are excellent, messy, but thats good messy. Pick up system works well, if you use the GPS to advise/confirm you're there make sure you click all the permission pop ups that present themselves, waited 5 mins to spot an 'allow' message was there. Works really well tho, no need to even get out of the car.
Considering this is mainly a burger restaurant, the prices are rather steep. Burgers are cooked to your requirements and are tasty but this still doesn't justify the prices. The staff are ok, but it would be nice if they could serve customers with more of a pleasant demeanour as I think they are trying to hold themselves to a higher standard than McDonald's or Burger King!! I'm not sure I'll be rushing back !
