Shocking managing agents. They use a service base and do not respond back to phone calls or deal with problems. Deducted over half my deposit for damages and cleaning, even though the property was professionally cleaned at end of tenancy by a firm! Manager was useless!!! Avoid if possible

I highly recommend Ashley King for their services as a letting agent in the real estate market. My wife and I have been living on rent in a flat managed by them for close to a year, and can say their service is flawless. Special shout out to Prabs who is very helpful and was super responsive to all our requests / queries after moving in. It made our settling down in a new city and country so much easier. Thanks team!
