My counselor Pam is amazing! I’ve been in and out of counseling since I was a teen. And no one understood me and I could never connect with a counselor. I’ve been with her for over 2 years now and I just love her. I’ll be moving an hour away and honestly debating making the drive just to keep my counseling with her. Ya the front desk is honestly not that great at communication but I wouldn’t go anywhere else for counseling especially if I lived in town. I have a lot of issues and I mean a lot. And I have come such a long way since having their help. I used to shake with anxiety uncontrollably. I used to try to talk about my issues and couldn’t even get two words out without crying hysterically. I can now actually function and have a good job. I recommend them.

Dr Vellanki listens to you and works with you, but is honest and straightforward. He's helped me more than anyone else so far. Jeremy is my therapist/counselor and he's great too. He gives practical tools that are relevant and applicable, listens, and is great at what he does. Nurse Pam is amazing!

I have called trying to set an appointment multiple times only to be redirected and sent to a voicemail. At that point I’ve left 4 voicemails to receive NO call back and NO help from any other staff to try to get an appointment booked. Unprofessional and frankly IRRITATING! Do not recommend.

Double dip take your money plus insurance useless place on social security and 200 to see dr losing forgot appointment so if something happens it’s on here really not happy David Taylor

I've been here a number of times and have seen a number of clinicians. The staff has always been friendly, helpful, and more prompt than other places I've gone. If an appointment is at the end of the day, of course there's a bit of a wait, as with any healthcare facility since even one late person in the morning will domino every else's appointments back a bit, but Appleseed is much much better than other places I've gone. If you're having mental health issues, they are more than worth a shot.
