We have rented my late mother's house out for the past 3 years with 2 different tenants prior to selling. My experience with estate agents hasn't been the best but dealing with Belinda and the team was completely stress free. Regular updates and some really sound advice made this process very easy from the day I put my house on the market and I was completely comfortable all the way through as Belinda was there to answer any of my questions/ concerns at any time, I would absolutely recommend Belinda and the Ashington Page team to anyone looking to sell their property in the area.
The Ashington group is so professional and experienced and my dealings with the entire team has been a huge pleasure. The support provided was exceptional and I never had to worry about follow ups or whether any actions were being completed as communication was always timely and detailed and Belinda and the team in the Beaconsfield office are organised and greatly understand the stress of purchasing a home and moving and they aim to assuage concerns along the way. I was very impressed with Ashington Page from the very start of the process of buying a house marketed by AP. Angela and Tracey were both very professional yet friendly and helpful at all times. I am honestly not sure that the process would have come together as well as it did if it weren't for Angela tirelessly chasing everyone involved. She did the work I would expect an agent to do, but have never experienced before. At times it was very challenging, as buying a house is obviously a huge commitment and is very stressful when you aren't in full control of all the variables! Angela was so good at putting my mind at rest and keeping me calm when it got quite stressful. I will never forget how hard she worked and would definitely use AP if I ever move house again!
