Wish 0 stars existed, they don’t even deserve 1. Worst ever. They charge every single minute they use to read emails even if you ask a simple question or confirmation of something you haven’t understand properly. They literally charge you for reading emails and replying even if there is no work involved!!!! It’s a waste of money for a terrible service. I have also highlighted this to the complaint team but of course they are dishonest as the entire company is and proudly confirmed that every single minute they use (imagine if they are slow in writing an email!!) is charged. No more, would never recommend any work with them.

The Worst! Tried to scam me and harass myself for costs I never agreed to and never engaged them for in the first place! Why didn't they do that when they tried to pitch you?? If you'd like to be charged from hidden bills, this is the place to go. Their employees are dishonest and misleading to scam your money.
If you really want good service - I can thoroughly recommend Ashfords who offer the best service for Will Writing and have the top Equity Release service in the country.
