I love this place. The new premises is large and clean with coffee and tea on offer when the kids are training. A welcoming and friendly environment to learn a skill for life. Everyone should try jiu-jitsu. Would highly recommend Ashford Vale Tudo. Warren and Ben are excellent coaches progressing my jiu-jitsu and my fitness every week!

I'd never done BJJ before starting at Ashford Vale Tudo so I wasn't sure what to expect. Everyone is so welcoming and friendly, it has a great atmosphere and a real mix of abilities and ages too. Great classes, lots of hard work but fun at the same time.
