Staff are so friendly and knowledgeable here - great range of stock too! Shout out to Paul and Steve who were super helpful sorting out a faulty part for me- would definitely recommend.

Spent a lot of 's at Soundcraft, staff were friendly and helpful BUT were not very helpful when wanting upgrades to a Linn Lp12. Boss Geoff tried to make it look like he was doing me a favour. I went to AudioT at Brighton, much better service. John was very helpful and knowledgeable, also offered and received a free Karousel bearing which wasn’t offered at Soundcraft when I enquired about the Linn promotion. I felt I wasn’t a valued customer. What a shame.
