This is now Forward Drug and alcohol services as Turning Point lost the contact in 2016. Helps people with substance misuse issues with interventions including family support, groups, clinics, one on ones, brief advice or more structured of clients need it. Houses a needle exchange where the public can get clean needles etc. as well as advice on safer injecting and testing for blood borne viruses.
