Very lovely designer outlet with almost all top/ key brands offering discounted range. Visited during Christmas period and was impressed with the COVID safety protocol. Parking charges are also very minimal.

Nice shopping área. Great for nice days as its outdoors. Disabled access to all areas. Nice, clean and well maintained.

Most people dont realise that whilst there are a wide range of well known brands, the products they sell here have been produced specifically for an outlet centre. This usually means cheaper materials / designs so they can maintain profit margins. You wont find items they're currently selling in flagship stores here. But if brand names are more important than quality to you I'm sure you'll love it.

We visit Ashford designer outlet quite regularly. This was our first visit since the Covid started, so please bear this in mind for this review. Firstly, the centre is great, and has been extended, now that the construction is complete. (Our previous visit was during the construction for the renovating of the centre). Their are more shops, and a greatly improved “food court” area. The shops are as usual full of great deals and well stocked. And once inside the shops, which are restricting the number of customers at a time, you will certainly find some good bargains. However, having to queue outside every shop takes up a lot of time - your visit will take you at least 5 hours if you wish to visit almost every shop. Obviously this is not the fault of the centre, (to maintain this necessary health detail), so I have not given the centre a 5 star review, which may be a bit unfair. The queuing is the only negative point I have. The parking is great, 1 per 4 hours, we were fortunate to park in the middle of the centre. Parking is well organised with attendants ushering you into areas with parking available. The food court is great, with a nice outside seating area available, although in winter this will be very exposed and cold. There is a greater choice of eating places. We ate at Five Guys, which was excellent, (and didn’t have a queue.) Overall, it’s a wonderful place for a shopping outing, IF you have the patience to queue, on the busy days.

Love what they've done with the redesign. Few new restaurants have popped up including the infamous 5 guys and a go sushi. They've also got a new PUMA shop. I feel there are not enough toilets though - there should be more toilets down the side where 5 guys is.
