I have uses M. M. about a dozen times. Drivers have all been polite and very helpful. They have arrived on time for both pick up and return. This is a wonderful service for elderly non-drivers. Thank you

I’m not gonna lie this is one of the worst services for disabled people I’ve ever seen. People are rude, the complaints department never calls back, scheduling is always screwed up. They need some sort of competition to give them a reason to be nice to people. Honestly if I could give them zero stars I would.
