Absolutely stunning - I could go on and on about this restaurant. But in short - we've had two deliveries from Spice over the last week and loved both. The food really was to die for - the staff are incredibly polite and helpful (a rare commodity these days) and the delivery driver was utterly charming. You won't go wrong with Ashby De La Spice. The Matchmakers were wonderful too.............worth every penny.

The only good thing about my takeaway this evening was the delivery chap , very friendly polite and on time. The food was terrible, the rice was over cooked and tasteless, the meat - lamb and chicken was very poor quality and the sauce was watery and a serious lack of flavour. I have never had lamb pasanda taste of mango before, and the chicken chat type food was just disgusting it looked like slop and had a strange smell . The nan was a cross between cake and under cooked dough. A waste of 30 ,this was the first time I’ve used this takeaway and will definitely be my last.
More expensive than most but no pickle no salad no poppadoms as standard from any other place i have ordered from. Thanks to chef Mike for warming up most of my rice. My \portion\ of chips was not what i would call a portion

Great to see a proper traditional Indian/Punjabi takeaway in the Ashby area. Food was great. Will be using this place all the time now as their is not a another traditional Punjabi takeaway in the area. Highly recommend the mix grill.
