I recently purchased a new Stern pinball machine from them and the experience was smooth. Communication was good and the machine arrived very close to when I was told when I placed the order. They went out of their way to confirm availability and timing before I purchased. I also play in the league at Lost Rhino Brewery (when not in covid world) and the machines are some of the best maintained around. A great mix of experienced and new players. Hope it stays that way.
