We visited for the first time at this place and we select the difficulty Candy Shop which is 7/10. We had 60 minutes to escape the Candy Shop and we Escaped with 17 minutes on the clock. It was very exciting and the puzzles were for a beginner level. As this was our first time playing an escape room this was an amazing experience. They even gave us a surprise gift after we escaped. This was really fun, it wasn’t too hard and not too easy. The staff was very friendly and explained everything very nicely. 5/5 for this place!

We enjoyed ourselves! The staff was courteous and professional. Specifically, Yasmine, who was our game master, was polite and friendly. I have a couple of suggestions, however, that would have made this a 5 star experience. * Review the policy regarding time slots. While we didn't mind waiting an extra 30 minutes, because we were eating nearby, the fact that another team was allowed to play despite arriving almost an hour later than they were supposed to was a little disappointing. If anything, the time lost from being late should be deducted from play time to avoid scheduling conflicts. * Discourage players from talking about their game in the lobby! A large team, that had just completed the room we were scheduled to play, was loudly, and openly discussing the room's mechanics. We had to step outside to avoid hearing spoilers. Otherwise, the experience was enjoyable overall. The hot seat was really fun too!
Very fun times will be had! This was my first experience doing an escape room and definitely won't be my last. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, the rooms are challenging but still able to be solved. The game masters can help you out with hints if you get stuck. My friends and I ended up doing bank heist and we finished with 16 seconds left on the clock.
