I recently purchased a dulova watch from Jura watches and I would thoroughly recommend them. The watch is great and the service was first class. I dealt with Robyn in the customer service team who was excellent, responsive with communication, friendly, efficient and generally very helpful. We had a couple of goes at the sizing to make sure it was just right and I was completely happy and the turnaround was a matter of days. I would also like to thank Surita who helped with the sizing and was pro-active to make sure it was just right. Thank you, I will be a repeat customer!

Purchased a watch and returned without wearing it ( the case was too big for my wrist ) it then took nearly a month for the refund to be made. I felt like i had to constantly chase the for the refund. All in all a great website and helpful team , but very very slow refund process .
