Ash green fish and chips

I used this shop on Friday, the staff are always happy and helpful, I enjoy having conversations whilst waiting for our fish to be cooked fresh. Its sends a warm, friendly and personal vibe. I wouldn't want this to change, its the whole reason why I go to that fish and chip shop. They remember conversations and ask how I am and if I have had a good week. Shows they take an interest in their customers. I for one will see you all next Friday.

Only recently started using this chippy, having used Longfield for the last few years. The staff are very friendly, the food is excellent and the portions are very generous. In our village, many people know each other and stop to exchange a few words, I have no problem with friendly, smiling staff! It is particularly crucial at this time that people have the opportunity for a few words of friendly greeting. I also have no problems with orders being shouted, some of customers have to wait outside the takeaway. We will be continuing to support this takeaway, very happy.

Lovely food, great service. Staff friendly, happy to help, welcoming atmosphere. Wouldn't go anywhere else now. Can I just say thank you to you for allowing your staff the chance to chat while they served me last night. I've had an awful couple of weeks and felt lots of anxiety in going out. Last night they made me feel relaxed. The atmosphere in the shop was great. Its the small things like this that help at times like these. When I was in yesterday several of the customers were particularly rude to your staff and they still dealt with them calmly and politely.

This is an excellent takeaway, I have recently moved here and the staff are lovely. Sam ( I read her name badge) who severed me was lovely, had a lovely chat whilst waiting for my fish to cook as its all cooked fresh. Found out that I can order by phone in advance but I like the chat! Will be returning every week.

So impressed with the customer service I received tonight.. I was greeted with a warm welcome and great phone manners. Will be returning next Saturday! Lovely food too.
