One of the best supermarkets because it’s one of the biggest so they have more of a variety to choose from. They sell clothes here too unlike the smaller Whitehaven Asda shop. I believe the pharmacy is open quite late too which is convenient

I bought a fresh chicken, it was in a bag which was filled to capacity with air. Whilst putting the chicken into the fridge the bag burst with a very big bang. I don't know if the chicken is safe to eat so I have tried to contact the shop to find out. Making contact with the workington branch is impossible. The telephone number gives out a message saying they are not accepting calls and the website offers no means for communication whatsoever. This is ridiculous.
